This book emphasizes the importance of visionary leadership in facing a changing world. Inspired by John Maxwell's quote, "Everything rises and falls on leadership," this book invites readers not to use old approaches to solve new problems—in line with the philosophy of "Don't use an old map to find a new land." The author presents alternative solutions that are relevant and up to date in facing fast and complex global dynamics. This book is divided into three main parts: thesis, antithesis, and synthesis from a "new world" perspective to answer the challenges of the times. As part of the Expertise Body of the Secretariat General of the Indonesian House of Representatives (BKSAP), the contents of the book also reflect a fast and perspective-based approach that is responsive to developing strategic issues, especially those concerning Indonesia's position and role at the global level.
